Background
Between 2000 and 2007, Pavel was a researher at TU Delft specializing on machine learning and spectral imaging. In 2006, Pavel founded a consulting company helping industry to adopt machine learning. This later evolved into perClass BV. perClass brought to market two software products: perClass Toolbox (industrial machine learning toolkit, on market between 2008 and 2019) and perClass Mira (user-friendly spectral image interpretation, on market 2018-today). perClass BV was acquired by Headwall Photonics in 2022. Pavel served as Software Architect for Machine Vision, Management Team member of Headwall Group and Managing Director of perClass BV until his departure in 2024.
